The Glaze: Lan (斓) signifies transformation and a kaleidoscope of colors. Radiant Night evokes the hues of a starlit sky. The exterior is crafted from raw mineral glaze and fired at 1,280°C. Each kiln firing produces a unique result—sometimes revealing delicate, shimmering blues reminiscent of the Milky Way. It is deep and reserved at first glance, yet reveals infinite variations upon closer inspection.

The Interior: The inside features a raw mineral ash glaze in a soft, vintage rice-gray tone, offering a warm and delicate texture.

The Detail: The rim is hand-painted with an ancient pine motif in a muted blue-gray cobalt, inspired by the classic tones of the Yuan Dynasty. It is steady, primitive, and profoundly elegant.

The Experience: With a classic silhouette designed for a comfortable, heat-resistant grip, this Gaiwan is perfectly suited for teas that require boiling water and high-aroma extraction, such as Rock Tea (Yancha) and Phoenix Dancong.

🌟 Recommended Pairing: The Ancient Pine Horseshoe Cup. Sharing the same design language with a warm beige-gray glaze and hand-painted pines amidst drifting mists, this set is a masterpiece of simple elegance and practical beauty.
