Have questions? We’re here to help. Orders can be placed on our website at https://www.zhaotealife.com or offline during tea tasting/ceremony events. Unless otherwise stated, our teas are packed in resealable pouches and labeled with the tea's description and a brewing guide.

Shipping

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. During business days, most orders are shipped within 2-3 days of placement. Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Please note that shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed. While we will do our best to pack and ship your package promptly, we can not control unforeseen delays that may occur during shipping.
  • US Domestic
    • $8.00 | Free for orders above $68 | Delivers within 5-8 business days
    • $12.00 | Free for orders above $88 | Delivers within 3-4 business days
    • $20.00 | Delivers within 1-2 business days
  • Canada: $35.00 | Delivers within 8-15 business days. Shipment to Canada may incur additional customs duties, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • International: Not Available.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately at contact@zhaotealife.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly. If there's an error with your order, we'll do our best to correct it.
